Our espresso blend is one of the best arround. We pre blend the coffees, so all you have to do is roast this coffee to a Moderatly dark color. It is plenty strong enough but not bitter. This coffee leaves your mouth feeling real smoth, just like you had a bite of high quality chocolate. This is the same blend we use in the espresso side of our buisness.
